What is your returns policy?: Alkina is happy to refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Please return undamaged and unused to Alkina within 7 days of receipt. Make sure you return signed for and retain postage receipt as proof of return. If goods are faulty postage will also be refunded in full. If you have simply changed your mind the cost of goods only will be refunded.
How soon will I receive my order?: Goods are normally dispatched same day or next day if ordered after 4pm. Orders in the UK are generally received within 3 days, Europe within 7 days and USA/Canada within 10 days. Other destinations may take up to 14 days.
